Shipping
Shipping done in 1 to 3 business days over usps shipping service and take additional 2 to 14 days before you receive item you paid for. Thank you for helping saving Honey Bees!

Returns
Returns made easy: use original shipping envelope or box, write over YOUR address: REJECTED! and give to any usps mailman, no additional labels required. USPS will use old label for returns, including you can use old tracking # to see when we received item back. TY

Refunds
After we receive 100% our items back, we will deposit back money to your account ( over PayPal) minus original shipping cost.
